Landscaping

 
Excessive and standing water in or around landscaped areas can be remedied by using EZflow 10 and 7-inch product. The product should be laid around the perimeter of the landscaped area and/or through the landscaped area with the outlet point relatively lower than the inlet areas. At least 6 inches of cover should be placed on top of the product. A "French Drain" can then be used to deliver the excess water to a lower point.

To allow surface water to quickly drain into the EZflow drain system, a highly permeable backfill such as sand may be required.

A fabric barrier over or around the EZflow units may be required to prevent sand-like soils from entering the EPS aggregate.
